DOJOVAPE Rewards Points are our way of giving something back to our loyal customers. Simply create an account on our website or log in to start earning points on every order you place. You can then use your loyalty points to get money off on future purchases.
You can view your current balance of loyalty points by visiting your account area or via the loyalty pop-up at the bottom of the category and product pages.
Once you add items to your basket, you'll find the option to spend your points on the final page of the checkout process. If you can't see this, it is because you're not logged in.

Earning Reward Points

Earn 10 points for every £1 you spend. That’s 1,000 Reward Points, £100 you spend. For every DOJO Blast 200 Go at £5.99, you earn 60 points.
Earn 200 points by simply creating an account.
Earn 200 points when you first sign up for our newsletter (optional). You can unsubscribe at any time.
Earn 200 points on your birthday. Once your birthday has been submitted, it cannot be changed, so please ensure this information is correct when entered.

Spending Reward Points

Save £1 for every 100 points spent. Spend points up to a maximum of £10 off your order total. With a £20 order, you can spend 1000 points for £10 off your order.

Rewards Scheme Terms & Conditions

• To be eligible for Reward Points, you must have an active account.
• Reward Points expire 365 days after the date of their accrual.
• Reward Points are earned from the date you became a Deliciu account holder onwards. Points cannot be applied retroactively to prior purchases.
• You can view your Reward Points balance by logging into your account on the website.
• Reward Points are not earned on shipping costs.
• Clearance and Sale items are not eligible for Reward Points.
• Reward Points are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred.
• Your Reward Points will be automatically credited to your account upon order dispatch.
• During Reward Points promotional periods, only points earned during the promotional period apply; existing points will not be multiplied.
• If you return a product for a refund, the corresponding points will be deducted from your account. In the case of a faulty product returned with redeemed points, your account will be credited with the appropriate number of points. No cash refunds will be provided in such circumstances.
• DOJOVAPE reserves the right to cancel, withdraw, or modify the Reward Points scheme, including these Terms & Conditions or any individual customer account, at any time.
